Used Direct2florist service for a more or less same day delivery (day in Canada, almost midnight in UK) and everything worked out very well.I used Forget Me Nots very last minute from Canada to have a funeral arrangement delivered on more or less the same day and all worked out very well. The flowers looked great and were very reasonably priced. I will definitely go with them again in the future.

It is very hard to rate the product as I did not get to see the flowers that were delivered. I did not want to ask the recipient to send me a photo as I know they would not know how to do it, but I thought it would be a very nice extra service if the florist would send a photo to the buyer, just to let them see what was sent. I know the recipient said it was nice, because what else are the going to say but I would have like to see for myself, just idea that you might like to act upon.

Your website was very easy to negotiate which I appreciated, but I would like to say that the composition of the flowers on offer wholly depend on the season, so that something which might look ideal on the site, isn't possible, for the flowers are not yet in season, which was the case when I ordered. So favourite flowers were not possible, and as it was for a funeral it was rather upsetting. I was in touch with the florist direct because of the timing required for the funeral, and luckily we were able to resolve the above dilemma, but had I not talked to her I would never have realised the problem. She was very helpful, for which I was extremely grateful.

The flowers were delivered as advertised within 24 hours of our ordering. The payment was smooth and the email confirmations arrived and were confidence building! Very professional service. We received a message from our friends in Scotland A very big and heartfelt thanks for the beautiful flower arrangement which arrived yesterday pm.
